This follow-up appointment is only accessible to Athletes who have completed their initial assessment and received a personalized corrective program.

30-45min - Biomechanics Assessment.
Assessment includes AlignSmart Structural Scan/Assessment, Mobility Analysis, Personalized Corrective Exercise Session. This session is only for athlete who have already completed the initial exam and received a personalized corrective program. A followup email will be sent up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time with detailed instructions on how to send athlete photos for assessment and review.
