What is Postural Alignment Therapy

This is the balanced alignment of the body's structures, ensuring equal weight distribution on both sides, which supports optimal function and reduces stress on muscles and joints. This concept is critical in maintaining good posture and preventing musculoskeletal discomfort or injury over time. Recognizing postural symmetry helps individuals improve body awareness and adopt corrective measures for better physical health and performance. Each session includes a quantitative measurement and analysis with a corrective exercise session and personal app update. Average Program runs 6 months with 16 sessions. Measured - Corrected - Educated and Empowered to maintain and heal yourself. During the initial consultation, your Postural Stance and Body Symmetry will be measured using tools that allow your practitioner to find large bones and landmarks and quantitatively asses and find the degree of disparity in the way your bones and joints were created to lineup.  From your results a custom routine will be created and you will be taken through a corrective exercise session (scientific yoga) to realign your bones for optimal movement and comfort.

-The series of exercises i.e. "Routine" is specifically designed and created for YOU in a strategic order of execution.​

 

Each routine last approximately 15-20 min and shorter routines are available. 

Each series of exercises (routine) is designed to be completed 2 times per day.

 

Once in the morning and once at night until your next measurement in order to see optimal results.​

 

Accountability Feature built in after each completed routine using your personalized Web Link App, mark "COMPLETE"

Weeks 1-3: Measurements taken every week

*Weeks 4-16 Measurements taken every 2 week

*Weeks 17-24 Measurements taken every 3 weeks

*Program designed for 6 months.
