Margo Hurst
I'm so excited you have landed on my site! Born and raised in KC, I'm a 52yr old mother of 4 with two precious granddaughters.
My fitness journey started at a young age as a gymnast, which transitioned into becoming a college cheerleader. With over 25 years of Coaching experience, I am passionate about training people to reach their fitness and wellness goals, watching athletes master new skills and gain confidence on and off the mat, and helping everyone who suffers from chronic pain to gain relief and live a full and pain-free life! If you would like to learn more about me, I was published in KC Voyager Magazine
